JDRF is honoring Rich Boehne as Cincinnatian of the Year at the annual JDRF Cincinnatian of the Year Gala on May 12!
The nonprofit aims to raise more than $1 million at this annual fundraising event, which is being held May 12 at the Duke Energy Convention Center.
And get your party gear ready because this year’s theme is “Carnivale for the Cure” featuring TONS of Brazilian influences!
More than 850 people are expected to attend the 2018 Cincinnatian of the Year Gala including community and business leaders from the Greater Cincinnati area.
They’ll feature live entertainment, including the Cincy Samba Band.
Proceeds from the event benefit JDRF’s mission to cure, treat, and prevent type 1 diabetes.
Tickets for the event can be bought online at www.JDRFCincinnatian.org, or by contacting the JDRF Southwest Ohio chapter office at 513-793-3223. Attire is creative black-tie (sequins and feathers are encouraged this year) and tickets are $250.
JDRF is also one of the beneficiaries for Cincy Chic’s Red, Pink & Blue event on June 29! Learn more about the event and get your tickets here.
