We’re all about health – and a healthy brain is just as important as your physical health!
Mark your calendars for February 25 for “Nutrition for the Brain” at The Center for Wellness Education.
This 90-minute class by Dr. Pam Lockwood is an introduction to nutrition for a healthy body and brain. Basic concepts will be introduced to allow participants to understand the relationship between foods and healthy brain function. Food is Medicine and we will discuss dietary modifications to address sleep, anxiety, depression and ADHD. Samples of healthy food will be a tasty treat for participants.
The class will be held from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm on Monday, so don’t forget to RSVP! The cost to attend is $15.
