💪🏻HOME WORKOUTS AND SUPPORT FOR LOCAL FITNESS INSTRUCTORS💪🏻
At Quidwell we are here to connect women in the community to the plentiful, local health and wellness businesses.
That connection is even more important right now as we all hunker down into quarantine. We know that many of our favorite studios and instructors will be hurting financially during this time. And we also know that women in Greater Cincinnati will need help supporting their mental and physical health from afar.
In an effort to continue to connect, and help support these two demographics we value so much, we’re creating an online series: The Sweat and Support Series.
Every day we’ll feature a different instructor or studio on our IGTV, Facebook, and Youtube channel leading a 30-minute at-home workout. If you enjoy this series and would like to support these small local businesses, we have also created a GoFundMe page where you can donate. These donations will be divided between all participating parties.
The series starts tomorrow! Tune in bright and early (or anytime tomorrow as they will be available whenever it’s most convenient for you) on Facebook and IGTV for a chance to sweat with one of our local talented fitness instructors!
