After a hot summer with lots of fun in the sun, I decided to seriously slough off all the dead cells that was making my skin look a little dull. Some friends of mine do graphic design and agency work for Pelle Medical Skin Care off of Red Bank Rd., so I thought I’d give it a try.

They actually have a great facial for transitioning from Summer to Fall, appropriately named the “Transition Peel.” So, I booked one for next week – I’ll let you know how it is!

But while I was on their site, I noticed a great campaign they have going on that I just had to tell you about. Now through Oct. 31, Pelle is accepting nominations of a local breast cancer survivor. One lucky nominee will be selected to win a gift basket full of iS Clinical Cancer Care products and a Harmony Facial to a women who is either currently undergoing treatment for breast cancer or has survived it.
