My friend Jan Malley, founder of the Little Red School House, is involved in The Humanitarian League Charity Foundation. It’s an awesome organization that improves the lives of children and companion animals.
Last September, I went to their “Diva Day,” which the league hosts every other year as their big fundraiser. It featured faux furs from Fabulous-Furs and clothing from White House Black Market, modeled by the Cincinnati Ben-Gal cheerleaders.

This year, The Humanitarian League Charity Foundation will be the beneficiary of our annual pet fashion show. It’ll be on Sept. 21 at Performance Lexus, so mark your calendar! More details to come soon, so make sure you’re subscribe at http://www.cincychic.com/subscribe
So, the REAL reason why I’m blogging is because we’re having our first Humanitarian League Charity Foundation meeting of the year at Jan’s gorgeous house in Triple Crown, Union KY. She’s doing a dinner-and-drinks poolside garden party, and bringing in Saks to do makeup demos and touch-ups. It’s an amazing group of women, so it’s not only a great cause but also very good networking.
If you’d like to attend, it’ll be on Wednesday, May 16 at 6:30pm. Please email Jan at jan.malley1@gmail.com or call her at 859-384-1840 if you’d like to RSVP (she’ll give you her address when you contact her).
