Last year we hosted a “Champagne & Shoes” event as a small, business women’s happy hour/networking get-together. We were expecting about 50 people or so, and we ended up having about 250, so we knew we were onto something!
That’s why this year, we are bringing “Champagne & Shoes” back and partnering with a charity so it can benefit a great cause! I chose Dress for Success Cincinnati because I just know our fashionista readers have some hidden treasures in their closet that would help local ladies get the job they need to get ahead in life!
So, to get into the event, participants just need to bring a gently used outfit to donate to Dress for Success (or make a $10 donation at the door). That gets them access into the event, free swag bag, refreshments, runway fashion show, fun photobooth, shopping, a chance at winning several prizes up for grabs, and more!
