You don’t typically expect to learn about anything on the fashion front from your accountant, but I did the other day.

My accountant connected me with another one of his clients, Deanna. She’s a local woman who graduated from DAAP and has since launched a new business called up2tempo. The concept is great: fashionable, affordable clothes sold through trunk shows and home parties.

I love the concept so much that I’m going to help Deanna launch with a bang! I’m helping her to plan her launch party on Nov. 8 at Obscura downtown and I hope you can join us!
