There’s an upcoming event — City Chicks for Charity — on June 23 at Rhinegeist Brewery that will help fund the mission of helping families by providing financial assistance with medical bills for medically-fragile children.
Each guest, if they choose, is asked to bring a prom dress or wedding party dress for Kenzie’s Closet, who provides prom attire for young ladies attending accredited high schools in the Tri-State area. *No shoes please. Kenzie’s provides new shoes for each girl if needed.
Each person that brings a dress or accessories, be it a dress, evening purses, jewelry, etc., will be given a raffle ticket for a chance to win a trip to Gatlinburg, TN.
The proceeds from this event will benefit the Aubrey Rose Foundation to help fund programs and services to families with children facing life-threatening illnesses. It will also assist Kenzie’s Closet with their mission to give deserving young women in our community the opportunity to attend their prom.
By attending City Chicks for Charity, you are contributing to the Foundation’s medical fund, which can help pay for needed treatment and make the difference between life and death.
Ticket includes valet parking, food, two drink tickets, fashion shows through out the evening, and a swag bag.
Tickets are $30 if purchased prior to June 9th; $35 after June 9th and at the door.
