I finally did Sunday Brunch at Parker’s this past weekend with a bunch of my friends!

It’s funny, everyone in our group had heard Sunday Brunch at Parker’s was amazing but none of us had ever been yet. So we decided to change that this past Sunday… and OH MY goodness now we know why there’s such hype about it!

It’s seriously one of the most amazing brunch spreads I’ve ever seen before. Everything from a carving station with the chef’s selection for the day — they had a DELICIOUS prime rib when we were there — and a cook-to-order omelette station to a huge seafood spread with fresh salmon and shrimp cocktail. Oh, and speaking of seafood, they had a seafood Mac n Cheese that was AMAZING. They also had all your favorite traditional breakfast options… like house-made waffles, biscuits and gravy, sausage, breakfast potatoes, bacon and eggs… plus an incredible dessert station with little cheesecakes, pastries and warm gooey chocolate chip cookies.

On Sundays, they also host events such as after wedding brunches, first communions, birthdays, baby showers, and anniversary celebrations. Several different size rooms for that, and I know they’re awesome to work with and can help you plan that something special without the stress!
