Lots of holiday fun at The Children’s Theater this year and it all gets started December 1 with Bah Humbug! A One-Man Christmas Carol at TCT’s Showtime Stage on Red Bank Road. This show is ideal for adults and kids of all ages. It’s a play on Charles Dickens’ famous holiday classic – with a twist. The actor plays every role – from Scrooge to Tiny Tim! So fun!

The Children’s Theatre is also hosting a Cookies with Santa event on December 2 from 1-5 pm. There will also be a special performance of Reindeer Games on the Showtime Stage at 2 and 4 pm. Tickets are $35 per person for that. Bring your camera and get a special holiday photo with The Man in Red, create crafts, enjoy a cookie from the BonBonerie, and make lots of holiday memories!

Then, Santa Claus: The Musical will run from December 8-17 at the Taft Theatre and it’s packed full of fun, energetic, and original Christmas music… and Local12’s Bob Herzog even stars in it! Tickets start at only $10 – definitely a fun, affordable way to get the kids dressed up and go downtown for a theater show that’ll get them in the holiday spirit!
