Every appointment begins with a warm welcome and an invite to experience their Exclusive Consultation Area, where you receive a complimentary beauty audit by their professionally trained stylist. This in-depth assessment helps determine the most flattering styles and color shades for the guest based on face shape, skin tone, hair texture, and more.
Prior to opening and owning Zoe Grace, the owner Ella King was a national hair color specialist, trainer and educator. She still trains other stylists around the world, including her favorite creative styling team at Zoe Grace, so you’ll find a team here that’s constantly being trained on the best techniques and trends, above and beyond what they’re required to do for their license.
And because one of Ella’s passions has always been hair color, that actually went into the design of the space. The salon features a unique free standing color bar where guests can witness the art and science of color mixing.
Ella said she went to great lengths to ensure that the guest experience was perfected in every detail of Zoe Grace because she believes that the little things matter. I could tell too.
Even little things like the neck and head rest pillows on the shampoo bowls so you can enjoy every amazing minute of their Signature Zoe Grace Shampoo and Scalp Massage — this is something they’re known for, the special technique and extended time they spend shampooing and massaging your scalp. I’m turning to mush just thinking about how incredible that was.
Then, as your color processes, the seating area is complete with massage chairs, phone and laptop charging stations, free wi-fi, and a full snack and beverage bar with complimentary refreshments so you can relax, rejuvenate, or even get some work in if you need to!
Some other things that make them unique is that they have a private room for guests, where they do their Botox, fillers, and lash extensions. They’re amazing at natural beaded row (or NBR) hair extensions, and lots of other unique services that make them a great one-stop-shop for everything you need to look and feel beautiful.
And that’s definitely how I felt after spending a nice afternoon there getting a hair smoothing treatment. Absolutely a first class experience and I’ll definitely be back.
