Last week, we did a story about Inside Out Beauty. It sounded like SUCH a unique place that I had to check it out for myself. Think of it as your spa being best friends with a psychologist, nutritionist and yogi… a place women can go to improve their health, beauty and wellness from the inside out!
Dr. Laurie Little took her 15 years of experience as a clinical psychologist helping people with issues like self-esteem, body image, eating disorders, emotional eating, anxiety and depression… and then became a certified esthetician at the Aveda Fredrics Institute… all so that she could open an amazing new concept called “Inside Out Beauty.”
It officially opened in April 2016 with the motto of “looking good on the outside starts with feeling good on they inside.” It’s essentially a wellness center that empowers women to connect and live healthy lifestyles offering everything from traditional therapy, parenting/relationship/business/life and even nutritional coaching and yoga classes to amaaaaazing spa services like facials, relaxation massage, hair removal and makeup using all Aveda skin care. They also offer classes, workshops, support groups, and book club to help women learn new things and restore balance to the mind, body and spirit.
It’s a safe zone for women to become a better version of themselves, inside and out… whether you’re looking for a way to pamper yourself, get rid of unwanted hair, learn which lip color looks best on you… or get coaching to become a better parent or partner, work on your health and nutrition… it’s all here under one roof.
They’re located at 9553 Fields Ertel Rd, Loveland, OH 45140. To learn more, visit www.myinsideoutbeauty.com.
