A friend of mine, Liz Wu, is bringing a cool concept to Cincinnati to give our needy a little warmth this winter. She’s calling it “Kind Flash” — think flash mob, but with kindness instead of dancing.

Last weekend, she coordinated more than 100 volunteers to wrap trees, poles, and fences with donated scarves, hats and gloves at 24 different areas around town.
