Michael’s College of Hair and Design’s Runway Show October 13!

Michael’s College of  Hair and Design’s Runway Show and their sister company Mi Salon and Spa will be holding their Florence on Saturday, October 13th.  The evening will take place at its Florence location at 7535 Burlington Pike. 

They are so excited to announce its 3rd runway show and fundraiser and want you to join the fun, entertainment filled Saturday night in Florence at 7:00pm for the runway show and fund raise.

The runway and fashion show will be called the “Taking Flight Runway Show” and will be emceed by B105‘s The Statt Man, CMA, and ACMA award winner.

Entertainment for the evening will showcase of 20 models rocking the stage and catwalk featuring hair and cosmetic deign by current Michael’s College of Hair Design students. Designs will range from various genres including: Avant Garde, Bridal/Formal, Retro, Futuristic, and more!

At the beginning of the evening there will be an opportunity to network with more than 300 attendees. hors d’oeuvres and sweets are welcomes to the event and the price of an individual ticket is only $20.

You will be inspired as the event is also the finale of a full cosmetology school scholarship competition awarding over $25,000 in cosmetology scholarships. Finalists have a model with their hairstyle and cosmetic design, and winners will be announced at the conclusion of the show.

All proceeds from the event will benefit the “I Have Wings Breast Cancer Fund,” a local organization that keeps the donations in the Tri-State area. This incredible organization focuses on easing with financial, transportation to and from treatment, and emotion stress cause by breast cancer. “With Inspiration No one Goes Solo,” is the founding principal of the organization. Ticket sales and onsite fundraising efforts of a Silent Auction, Split the Pot, door prizes, and more will be supporting the cause. Fundraising efforts will take place at the event.
