I just posted yesterday about how I’m on a big health kick to get my pre-baby body back (and I’ve lost 14lbs so far!!). I did a cleanse, am doing a special shake each morning, am subbing out my coffee for an amino acid drink for energy, and doing a 30min P90X workout each day. I’d love to see what else is out there to try because my goal is to lose 20lbs total. I found this awesome female-focused health event coming up on June 20 that I’m going to check out.
